How long does warranty repair take?

Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 2-3 weeks. Complex repairs may take longer, and we'll keep you updated.

Is normal wear covered?

Normal wear and tear (fabric abrasion, color fading, light scratching) isn't covered. But if something breaks due to a manufacturing defect, even years later, we'll fix it.

What if my pack is beyond repair?

If we can't fix it and it's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it with an equivalent model. If the original model is discontinued, we'll offer a comparable alternative.

Do I need my receipt?

A receipt helps, but it's not required. We can often verify purchase through our records or the pack's serial number.

Can I get a hip belt in a different size?

Yes! Hip belts are interchangeable. Contact us and we can send you a different size at no charge (just cover return shipping for the original).
