Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm PT on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
