How long does tinned fish last?
Unopened, our tinned fish has a shelf life of 3-5 years from the production date. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days and keep refrigerated.
Is your seafood sustainably sourced?
Yes! We only partner with MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) or ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) certified fisheries. Sustainability is at the core of everything we do.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our tinned fish products are naturally gluten-free. Our facilities are also free from gluten-containing ingredients.
What kind of olive oil do you use?
We use premium single-origin extra virgin olive oil from Spain. The quality of the oil is just as important as the fish itself.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, flat-rate shipping is $5.99.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Please email us at hello@tidecatch.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away.
